We start with a discovery sparring session to talk about specific topics and find out if you are a good fit for one of our services.
KeepYourEmployee offers a consulting process that starts with a retention and/or talent scan. This will give a clear view of the AS-Is situation, which we will discuss with management to align on a strategy and an action plan. We roll out the action plan and use several techniques such as workshops, group sessions, coaching & trajectories to ensure a smooth transition.
